Well we have now completed our first three weeks of running and have donned the woolly hats and started pounding the asphalt.

Having overcome my initial phobia about running (only ever ran for the bus before this!) I can actually say that I am looking forward to it, seeing if I can manage a little bit further each day. And having started the first week running for 4 mins and walking for 2 mins and just managing that for 30mins in total, today running 4 miles felt like a pretty big deal!
