Hey Folks,
Well, it wasn't pretty and it wasn't fast, but we did it!
We managed 5hrs 34mins in the end and a new personal best for us both!
Thank you to each and every one of you who have helped us along the way, and of course to those of you who have donated your hard earned cash for CHAS. Sheena, Alan and I really appreciate it and I know the kids, families and staff at CHAS appreciate it too.
We are still not quite at our £3,000 target yet, but there is still time to donate

The image below shows Alan and I at the bag drop on a cold Sunday morning...been to the toilet 18 times - check, energy pouches at the ready - check, Plenty of Lucozade - check, vaseline in all the right places - check! Let's do this!
I looked petrified, but Alan looked very cool, calm and collected as always.
